ST Complete Care was registered with CQC in July 2020. We have a committed team of staff who have experience in delivering high quality care. We registered during Covid 19 and have merged at a time where care for our loved ones is detrimental and needed more than ever. Covid 19 has hugely impacted the lives of millions from care-to-care delivery and meeting the needs of our loved ones. Our care team has been trained in line with the government guidance and have the experience and skills required to meet your needs and are equipped with the right training and PPE.

We provide bespoke person-centred care to all our service users this ranges from age 0 to end of life. We are committed to ensuring the best possible quality carers available and our highly selective recruitment process, as well as our meticulous training programme reflects this.
The staffs that are employed by ST Complete Care Ltd will be allocated in accordance to the skills and experience required to meet the needs of the service. St Complete Care Ltd will employ carers that have the experience and qualifications required by the company. The Registered Manager will step in and deliver care to meet the needs of the service. Staffing levels may be changed at the discretion of the manager if there are needs. Carers will work on a roster system which will ensure that the appropriate number of staff is on shift to meet the needs of the service. This will include weekends and public holidays. New employees are inducted to national training organisation standards within 12 weeks of employment. Staffs receive training appropriate to their work, in house training for moving and positioning, medication, pressure and personal care, safeguarding, infection control, health and safety, COSSH, equality and diversity, mental capacity and fire safety and fire marshal will be delivered.
Staffs receive copies of policies and procedures at their induction. Through the robust recruitment and selection policy the agency undertakes to employ only those persons it believes have the requisite skills, education, training, prior work experience and attitude which will enhance the quality of care that we deliver. All staff are provided with induction training programme and further ongoing training, appraisal, supervision, and support as needed. All job applicants are required to apply for a standard or enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau in order that the agency may be satisfied that they are appropriate persons to look after clients and or shall be registered with the Independent Safeguarding Authority. All of the care agency workers will either have an National Vocational Qualification in Care in either Level 2 or 3 or will be committed to studying for this qualification. Care workers are assigned to Service Users on the understanding that they have the requisite qualifications, skills experience and aptitude to look after them properly.
The Director and Registered Manager Sughra has over 13 years ’experience in Care. She began her journey as a carer delivering care to vulnerable adults. She worked with adults both in the community and in independent living, she also worked as a lifeline advisor and has a wealth of knowledge and experience All your care will be overlooked by the Registered Manager who will visit regularly to ensure quality.
